1. The transformer core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets,which is tensioned by steel tension belt, forms a solid frame structure with the clamp. The layers gap is small, and the joints of each layer are staggered, which greatly reduces the no-load loss and current and noise.

2.The transformer coil adopts high-purity oxygen free copper, which effectively reduces the copper loss; The cushion block and brace are rounded, the electric field is uniform, and the reliability is enhanced.
